Students may begin applying to be a part of red team Sophomore year. The Red Team is a student leadership organization who set an example for the rest of the student body. Red team members are expected to follow a code of conduct and participate in various leadership projects throughout the year including, but not limited to, Freshmen Orientation, Redwing Way Videos and Service Projects. We prepare for our responsibilities by meeting in the summer several times to run through our first day of school procedures, and then hold mandatory meetings to plan / carry out a community service project to create a positive impact on the Sheboygan Community. We are Red Team: leading through the Redwing Way.
