Flexible Modular Scheduling
South High School utilizes a Flex Mod Schedule, which is a modern approach to structuring the school day. Instead of traditional periods (like 7 or 8 fixed class blocks), the school day is broken into smaller time units called "mods" which are 15 minutes each. Classes are scheduled in different lengths based on the subject’s needs, allowing for greater flexibility and a more college-like experience.
